- Generate and manage listings of properties for sale and lease.
- Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, offering tailored real estate advice.
- Negotiate transaction terms, ensuring the best possible outcome for all parties.
- Stay abreast of UAE real estate laws, market trends, and best practices.
- Proven track record of successful real estate transactions.
- Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market, laws, and regulations.
