**Job Title: Real Estate Agent (Arabic Speaker) – Dubai Off Plan Market**

**Experience Level:** Minimum 2 Years in Off Plan Real Estate
**Job Description:**
We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Agent specializing in the Dubai off plan market. The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in off plan real estate and be fluent in Arabic.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Market and promote off plan properties.
- Build relationships with developers, clients, and investors.
- Advise clients on property investments and market trends.
- Conduct property viewings and presentations.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements.
- Prepare and manage documentation and contracts.
**Requirements:**
- Fluency in Arabic.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in off plan real estate.
- Knowledge of the Dubai off plan property market.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
