*Job Summary*:
The Telesales Executive will play a critical role in generating sales leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals over the phone. You will be responsible for promoting our range of signage products and services to businesses, establishing relationships, and meeting sales targets. #### *Key Responsibilities*:
- *Outbound Sales Calls*: Make daily outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote the company's signage products and services.
- *Lead Generation*: Identify potential clients and maintain a pipeline of leads. Utilize various sources, such as online directories, previous client lists, and referrals.
- *Sales Pitch*: Present, promote, and sell the company’s signage solutions in a professional and persuasive manner to meet customer needs.
- *Customer Relationship Management*: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
- *Follow-up and Closing*: Negotiate pricing, handle objections, and close sales effectively. Ensure all sales opportunities are maximized.
- *Quoting and Documentation*: Prepare and send quotes to customers, and document all sales activities in CRM systems.
- *Collaboration*: Work closely with the design, production, and customer service teams to ensure seamless project delivery for clients.
- *Market Research*: Keep abreast of competitor activities, industry trends, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for sales.
- *Sales Targets*: Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and performance metrics.

#### *Key Qualifications*:
- *Experience*: 1-3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or a similar role. Experience in the signage or printing industry is a plus.
- *Communication Skills*: Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive ability to close deals over the phone.
- *Sales Ability*: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with strong negotiation skills.
- *Customer Focused*: Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate signage solutions.
- *Technical Aptitude*: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- *Self-Motivated*: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay motivated in a high-paced environment.
- *Problem-Solving*: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer objections professionally.
