Accountant cum Administrator
This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, managing payments, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Additionally, the individual will handle purchasing duties, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing inventory levels to meet company needs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
Experience:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and financial reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and assist with tax filings and audits.
- Source and procure goods/services, ensuring quality and cost-efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships.
- Analyze purchasing trends and seek opportunities for cost-saving.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
- 2-4 years of experience in accounting and procurement.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and procurement processes.
- Excellent numerical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
