Job Description:
Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts and Workshop Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the financial accounts, overseeing workshop operations, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Accounts Management:
  • Maintain accurate financial records and manage accounts payable/receivable.
  • Prepare and issue invoices, quotation and receipts to customers.
  • Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.
2) Workshop Management:
  • Oversee daily operations of the workshop to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Coordinate with technicians and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
  • Maintain inventory of parts and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
3) Customer Interaction:
  • Greet and assist customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
  • Provide estimates and explain services to customers.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
4) Record Keeping:
  • Maintain detailed records of all transactions and services.
  • Update and manage customer databases.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in accounts management and workshop operations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
