Accounts Receivable Executive

We are Hiring!!!
We are Looking for an Enthusiastic Accounts Receivable Executive for one of our reputed client in Ajman!
Contract Duration : 3 - 4 Months (Extendable)
Visa : Own / Freelance Visa + NOC
Location : Ajman
Responsibilities;
  • Accounts Receivable: Monitor and collect overdue accounts through calls, emails, or letters. Negotiate payment terms and manage settlement plans.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain detailed records of collection activities and account statuses. Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
  • Customer Service: Address client inquiries and resolve payment disputes professionally. Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and legal regulations.
Requirements;
  • Qualifications: Bachelors’ Degree graduate (Finance, Accounting) required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in collections or accounts receivable is a plus (2 to 3 years).
Skills:
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
