Finance and Accounts Manager
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance and Accounts Manager to oversee our financial operations. The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial principles. As the Finance and Accounts Manager will play a crucial role in driving our financial success by managing and controlling the financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and providing financial guidance to our team. Responsibilities
Pay: From AED7,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the company's financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
- Manage the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies and plans to achieve the company's financial goals.
- Monitor cash flow and manage the capital to ensure the company's liquidity.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
- Coordinate with external auditors to ensure timely completion of audits and compliance with audit requirements as per UAE standards.
- Streamline financial processes and implement new systems and technologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure about purchasing the materials in streamlined budget by approaching market with 3 to 4 proposals to reach the best price.
- Monitor and stay updated with the reports on inventory statuses and advice the team for daily reports with the status of the material usage, consumption and recycle with proper records.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis techniques
- Proficiency in financial management software and systems (ZOHO)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
- Experience in the Furniture industry is a plus.
Pay: From AED7,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
