Job Description:
Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts and Workshop Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the financial accounts, overseeing workshop operations, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Accounts Management:
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month

Job Description:
Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts and Workshop Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the financial accounts, overseeing workshop operations, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Accounts Management:
- Maintain accurate financial records and manage accounts payable/receivable.
- Prepare and issue invoices, quotation and receipts to customers.
- Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.
- Oversee daily operations of the workshop to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate with technicians and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
- Maintain inventory of parts and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Greet and assist customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Provide estimates and explain services to customers.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of all transactions and services.
- Update and manage customer databases.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounts management and workshop operations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Competitive salary based on experience.
