Administrative Assistant cum Receptionist
**Job Title: Administrative Assistant**
**Responsibilities:**
- Generate accurate invoices and customized quotations promptly.
- Communicate with customers via various channels, addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain organized customer files and job cards, uploading them onto the garage management software after training.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending bills, ensuring timely payment and resolving any billing issues.
- Maintain stock records, including inventory levels and replenishment needs, to support efficient workshop operations.
- Provide administrative support and collaborate with team members to streamline processes.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service/administration preferred.
- Experience in customer service, proficiency in MS Office, and willingness to learn garage management software.
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail essential.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
