A Reservations Manager at Billionaire As a Reservations Manager at Billionaire St. Moritz, you will lead the reservation department, ensuring smooth and efficient management of all booking processes. You will be responsible for coordinating guest reservations, noting preferences, and delivering the highest level of service in line with our luxury standards. This is a seasonal role available for the winter season, offering a fixed-term contract. Your day to day:
Handle all incoming reservations via phone, email and online booking platforms while ensuring all reservations are accurately recorded in the system.
Maximize table occupancy by managing reservations strategically, identifying opportunities to optimize booking patterns.
Lead and motivate the reservation team to ensure excellent service delivery
Work closely with the front-of-house and management teams to ensure smooth operations
Manage the reservations software (Seven Rooms), ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate
Handle any guest complaints or issues related to reservations in a professional manner, ensuring satisfactory solutions
Ensure that all reservations are managed in accordance with the venue’s health and safety regulations
Who are you?
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a reservations management role within a luxury hospitality
Proficient in reservation software and system (Seven Rooms)
Proven experience in leading and managing a reservations team, with the ability to motivate staff and foster a collaborative working environment
A strong commitment to delivering world-class service to a discerning, international clientele
Fluent in English and Italian; knowledge of additional languages (e.g. German, French) will be a plus
A meticulous approach to managing reservations, with excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle complex bookings, VIP requests and last minute changes
