A Hostess at Billionaire
As a Hostess/Promoter, you'll be the face of our brand by welcoming guests, managing reservations, and promoting the venue to attract high-end clientele. Your role includes creating a lively atmosphere, supporting operations, maintaining service standards, and acting as a brand ambassador for Majestas. This is a seasonal role available for the winter season, offering a fixed-term contract.
Your day to day:

• Be the face of our brand, creating an unforgettable first impression by warmly welcoming every guest and ensuring a vibrant, inviting atmosphere.
• Engage and connect with guests throughout their visit, ensuring they have an exceptional and memorable experience from start to finish.
• Promote our exclusive events, dining experiences, and shows through direct interaction, social media, and networking, becoming a key ambassador for our venue.
• Boost guest participation in our lively ambiance and activities, encouraging social engagement and making every visit a celebration.
• Drive sales and bookings by creatively upselling and cross-selling, all while maintaining the high perceived value of our luxury offerings.
• Collaborate with our team to seamlessly manage seating arrangements and ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.
• Assist in coordinating and hosting special events, showcasing our brand's luxury image and creating buzz around our venues.

Who are you?

• Strong interpersonal skills and a warm, engaging personality.
• Experience in hospitality, particularly in high-end or luxury environments.
• Proficiency in reservation systems and an understanding of restaurant operations.
• Experience in consistently maintaining professionalism and upholding the establishment’s standards.
• Passion for hospitality with a friendly disposition to smile.
• Fluent in English and Italian; knowledge of additional languages (e.g. German, French) ia a significant advantage.
