Transport Controller
Job Summary:
Our client in Logisitics and distribution is seeking a highly organized and experienced Transport Controller to join our team at the Phoenix Industrial Park Head Office.
Key Responsibilities:
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: R8 000,00 - R12 000,00 per month

Our client in Logisitics and distribution is seeking a highly organized and experienced Transport Controller to join our team at the Phoenix Industrial Park Head Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor trucks, driver, diesel and PODs
- Forward planning for maintenance of trucks
- Must have Mechanical insight into trucks
- Vehicle Checklist/inspection
- Tracking of truck
- Completion of job cards
- Capture loads
- Provide diesel slips
- Book trucks loads
- Monitor delivery to ensure on time
- Complete delivery documents
- Log break-downs
- Tyre Inspections
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Transport Controller role, preferably within a logistics or transportation environment
- C -Track System knowledge
- Experience in mechanical knowledge on trucks
- Experience in planning for maintenance of trucks
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: R8 000,00 - R12 000,00 per month
Education:
- Diploma (Preferred)
- Transport controller: 3 years (Required)
- Phoenix, Kwa Zulu-Natal (Required)
