Key Responsibilities:

Monthly Payroll Processing: Handle input processing, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure timely salary payments for all employees.
Employee Records Management: Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding to termination, including benefits processing and accurate record maintenance.
Reporting: Generate detailed reports to support budgeting, financial planning, and compliance with statutory requirements.
Leave & Employee Self-Service (ESS) Management: Accurately manage leave records and payments while maintaining the efficiency of our Employee Self-Service system.
Technical Proficiency: Stay abreast of advancements in payroll systems and legislative changes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Employee Support: Provide responsive and friendly assistance to staff queries, fostering a supportive payroll environment.
Benefits Administration: Oversee updates and manage queries related to medical aid, group life insurance, and health insurance.

Required Qualifications:

Matric essential
Related qualification beneficial
Minimum 3 years’ experience in payroll management with solid experience using Pay Space.
Advanced Excel skills
Familiarity with BCEA and SARS regulations.
