Facilitate impactful sales training sessions using proven methods and techniques.
Address common sales floor errors, ensuring learners are equipped to overcome past challenges.
Provide training on essential soft skills, including communication, time management, and product knowledge.
Design assessments to gauge learner comprehension and adjust training as necessary.
Collaborate with departments to ensure training meets organizational standards.
Keep meticulous records of learner performance, training schedules, and results.
Prepare thoroughly for each session with clearly defined objectives.
Qualifications and Experience:
Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
Facilitator qualification is advantageous.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a training/facilitating role.
Background in the Short-Term Insurance Industry and Sales Environment.
Familiarity with CPA, FAIS, and FSB is a plus.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (or as required by the department).
