Internship Opportunity - Governance, Risk, and Compliance

Are you ready to unleash your knowledge and skill on the engaging world of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)? We are seeking a detail-driven GRC Intern who is excited to learn and ready to gain practical experience.
In this role, you will document policies and procedures, assess risks, analyse data, and provide insights. Bring your excellent communication skills, logical thinking, and proactive attitude to the table as you tackle exciting challenges. If you love multitasking and are great at time management and meeting deadlines, this is your chance to shine.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Assist the GRC team with documenting policies, procedures, and activities.
Review documents and provide insights.
Conduct research on GRC-related legislation and regulations.
Manage records, calendars, and meeting minutes.
Edit and format documents for reports.
Support monitoring projects to assess effectiveness.
Provide general assistance to the GRC team as needed.

All we require is:

A 3-year National Diploma / Degree in BA/ Bachelor of Administration/ LLB from a recognized public tertiary institution.
Proficiency in MS Office
Must be a South African citizen, aged between 18-35 years.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Must reside in or around Kwa Zulu-Natal (KZN).
Not currently employed or participating in any learnership or internship programme.
Must not have previously completed a SETA / Government internship program.

What We Offer:

A 12-month paid internship that provides hands-on experience.
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM working hours.
