Nightshift Supervisor (Seasonal Permanent)
In the supervisor role, you will be responsible for handling the team’s tasks and assignments and making sure employees are appropriately performing assigned tasks. A key element of this role is to oversee the efficient, effective performance of job duties. Success in this role is measured by keeping output quality and costs within acceptable levels.

- Grade 12
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience production environment

Supervisory is a prerequisite
- Forklift License will be advantage.
- Excellent Computer skills
- Knowledge of TALLMAN system will be an advantage.
- Leadership skills
- Ability to lead a team.
- Self-motivated and be able to influence others.
- Exceptional communications skills
- Results driven.
- Time management skills
- Supervision of team/ Personnel
- Communication
- Supervises processes and ensure smooth operations during shift in the receiving department.
- Administration
- Offloading of trucks during after-hours
