Introduction Farmpack (Pty) Ltd, situated in the vicinity of Mbombela, Mpumalanga, specializes in supplying packaging materials to the agricultural and business sectors. Our company produces and distributes a wide variety of boxes to clients across the country and in Mozambique.
Job Description
Assisting the department manager by planning, supervising and coordinating activities and employees in the department. Ensuring compliance and accuracy within the department. Monitoring stock requirements, preparing orders and ensuring the stock is ready on time.
Requirements

Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 Equivalent.
Strong mathematical literacy
Forklift license and experience
Driver’s license.
Experience in a supervisory role will be advantageous
Strong leadership and organisational qualities
Attention to detail and a willingness to grow
Experience working in a dispatch/logistics department.
The ability to be on your feet most of the day.
To be available to work overtime and be flexible.
Good time management

Duties and Responsibility.

Assigning tasks to production employees.
Coaching employees.
Supervising and monitoring production jobs and employees.
Compiling a daily production report.
Prepare production work schedules.
Maintaining quality products and service.
Assisting with production planning.
Identifying and troubleshooting production issues.
Maintaining a culture of safety.
