Reconciliation of monthly stock counts with NAV, and reporting there on

Planning, organising and supervising of month end stock counts.

Compiling recons on a weekly/monthly basis for stock movements.

Follow up on stock differences on a daily basis to minimise financial losses

Daily reconciliation of actual stock and stock on NAV to identify discrepancies

Compiling and processing of productions and stock movements daily, and reconciling it with the production system.

Monitoring of average costing of stock items to identify discrepancies on time.

Assist with maintenance of stock items and productions on NAV

Assist with month-end procedures

Assist Admin personnel with daily issues, such as Invoicing, Journals, Approvals etc.

Manage Admin personnel on a daily basis to make sure Invoicing happens on time

Manage company’s credit policy

Fixed asset register management, create and request fixed asset codes (Vrede and Bethlehem)

CAPEX

Relevant Accounting Degree (completed articles)

At least 2-years proven work experience within production environment.

Animal Feed mill experience will be advantageous.

Ability to function independently as well as in a team.

Ability to identify and solve problems.

Communication skills and good people relations in the workplace.

Ability to work under pressure and extended hours.
