Our company produces and distributes a wide variety of boxes to clients across the country and in Mozambique. Job Description Assisting the department manager by planning, supervising and coordinating activities and employees in the department. Ensuring compliance and accuracy within the department. Monitoring stock requirements, preparing orders and ensuring the stock is ready on time. Requirements
Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 Equivalent.
Strong mathematical literacy
Forklift license and proven experience operating a forklift
Experience in a supervisory role will be advantageous
Strong leadership and organisational qualities
Attention to detail and a willingness to grow
Willingness to work overtime and be flexible.
Knowledge of paper and/or corrugated paper products will be advantageous
Duties and Responsibility.
Inspection of loads being received.
Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels.
Efficient management of stock levels across a wide range of products.
Ensure accurate administrative records regarding stock levels and receipts.
Stock counting as required.
Checking specifications on raw material.
Determining- and planning for the need of raw materials based on production job cards received.
