Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in hotel management.
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or similar
- Strong understanding of hotel management best practices
- Good Computer literacy (MS Office) and financial acumen
- Ability to maintain a high level of hospitality service in all departments including maintenance, gardens, and housekeeping.
- Strong understanding of hotel management best practices.
- Outstanding interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of local health and safety regulations and licensing requirements.
- Fluency in English, and knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Great decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Sound employment history and contactable references.
- Valid driver’s license
