JD Specialized Recruitment is assisting a 5* Lodge in the Eastern Cape to recruit a guest centric and experienced LODGE MANAGER.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a 5* bush based remote lodge.
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or similar
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to managing lodge operations.
- Exceptional leadership, time-management and organisational skills.
- A passion for guest satisfaction and creating personalised and memorable guest experiences.
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Staff management, training, and development experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Sound employment history and contactable references.
- Valid driver’s license
