Control housekeeping expenditure

Purchasing and price control to enable stock counts to be calculated at current prices

Monitor stock control systems of personal bars in guests’ rooms, linen, guest amenities and cleaning materials

Monthly stocktake of personal bars in guest’s rooms, housekeeping consumables, and linen

Management of the Housekeeping Team.

Minimum 2 -3 years of Housekeeping Management experience in a 5* boutique operation.

Stock Control Experience

Hospitality and Service training experience

Knowledge of creating SOP’s

Computer literate

Creativity

Literacy and Numeracy skills

Fluent in English (speak, read and write);

Strong People skills

Strong guest focus to ensure guest expectations are exceeded

Flexibility – adapt successfully to changing situations and environments

Attention to detail

Proactive person with a well-developed concept of the importance of providing a world-class guest experience
