Front of House All rounder – Luxury Safari Lodge - Kruger National Park Area
As the Front of House Allrounder, you will be the face of our client’s renowned safari lodge, ensuring guests experience exceptional service from arrival to departure. You’ll handle guest interactions with warmth and professionalism while managing administrative tasks that ensure seamless daily operations. This role requires a well-organized individual who thrives in a luxury setting and enjoys the challenges of multitasking.
You’ll work closely with the team to uphold the high standards of this 5-star establishment, contributing to the unforgettable experiences for which the lodge is known.
Key Responsibilities:
Warmly greet and assist guests, ensuring their needs are met throughout their stay
Manage check-ins, reservations, and general guest inquiries with professionalism
Assist with logistics such as transfers and activity scheduling
Perform daily administrative duties, including managing emails, maintaining records, and ensuring efficient internal communication
Collaborate with other team members to maintain the highest level of service
Requirements:
Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
Grade 12 qualification (tertiary education is an advantage, but on-the-job experience is equally valued)
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email) and experience with a POS system
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a 5-star hospitality environment
Strong interpersonal skills with a guest-focused approach
Well-organized with excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities
6 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation
Start Date: Immediate
