Our client, a luxury hotel in Polokwane, is searching for a front-of-house Attendant who can provide unparalleled services to their guests.
Requirements
- 2- 3 years’ experience in a similar position
- Previous hotel experience beneficial
- Clear and articulate communication
- Ability to listen actively and respond effectively to guest enquiries
- Strong written communication
- Familiarity with property management systems
- Skilled in upselling hotel services
- Ability to identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience while increasing revenue
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively, especially during peak periods
- Ability to manage several duties simultaneously without compromising on service quality
- High standards of personal grooming and adherence to the hotel’s dress code policy
- Professional appearance that aligns with the hotel’s brand image
- Ability to anticipate guests' needs and resolve issues before they escalate
- Creative thinking to offer personalised solutions to enhance the guest experience
- Salary R 9 500.00
