3-5 years managerial experience in Room Division and/ or Front Office Management, in a 4/5-star environment (Essential)

Excellent knowledge of all aspects of Rooms Division Operations; excellent organizational and administrative skills.

Computer Literate i.e property management systems, Outlook, Microsoft Office
-
Excellent communication skills in all aspects; professional and appropriate business appearance and presentation.

Reviews Rooms division occupancy & rate, wages, and controllable expenses.
-
Works to continually improve customer service by integrating obtained feedback and personal judgment into action plans.
-
Emphasizes guest satisfaction during all departmental meetings and focuses on continuous improvement.
-
Operates all department equipment as necessary and reporting malfunctions.

Good financial skills
