Role Overview: As the Country House Curator, you will be the driving force behind the impeccable presentation of our guest rooms and public spaces. Working closely with our Hospitality Manager, and all teams, you will curate an environment of understated luxury, ensuring that every detail aligns with the retreat’s ethos. Your leadership will inspire and guide the Housekeeping Team to effortlessly maintain the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
Curate and maintain immaculate guest rooms and public spaces, ensuring they reflect the retreat’s luxury ethos.
Lead, coach, and develop the housekeeping team to consistently achieve 5-star service standards.
Collaborate with design and maintenance teams to enhance the aesthetic appeal of all spaces.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination with the Front Office and efficient room readiness.
Continuously monitor and improve housekeeping procedures to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
Manage the housekeeping budget, implement cost-saving measures, and ensure sustainable operations.

Proven experience in a leadership role within housekeeping, hospitality, or a similar luxury environment.
A strong understanding of 5-star and Preferred Hotels LVX standards.

A track record of managing budgets and controlling costs without compromising quality.
