Ensure the cleanliness of all guest accommodation.
Liaise with Reception/Front Desk and Maintenance to ensure lodges are prepared for inbound guests and any problems identified by guests are promptly addressed. Ensure common areas Bar, Restaurants, Toilets and Leisure Centre are always cleaned to a high standard Duties / Responsibilities:
Always prepare staff rosters to ensure appropriate coverage
Allocate daily/weekly tasks to ensure cleanliness and upkeep of guest accommodation, common areas in main house and leisure centre.
Check with Reception/Front Desk regularly to ensure that housekeeping requests are promptly dealt with
Identify areas of concern and formulate plans to deal with them
Attend daily on-board meetings and maintain ACL
Place orders with suppliers using Purchase Order system
Ensure that you are in approved uniform and displaying name badge
Maintain your workspace in a clean and tidy condition
Know what action to take when an emergency call is required
Be fully aware and adhere to health & safety, fire and bomb threat procedures
Must be willing to work all shifts, weekends and public holidays
