Guest Experience & Services: Craft unforgettable, personalised guest experiences that exceed expectations, ensuring service excellence across all touchpoints.
Operational Leadership: Oversee all hotel operations, including F&B, housekeeping, maintenance, and front office, to ensure seamless day-to-day performance and smooth coordination between departments.
Signature Dining: Manage the hotel's signature fine dining restaurant, ensuring it maintains the highest standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction.
Rooms Division Excellence: Lead the rooms division team to deliver an outstanding guest stay experience, focusing on attention to detail, comfort, and efficiency.
Staff Leadership & Development: Inspire, mentor, and manage the hotel’s team, fostering a guest-focused culture while ensuring staff are motivated and performing to their best abilities.
Financial & Budget Management: Ensure financial objectives are met by managing budgets, optimising operational costs, and maximising profitability across all hotel services.
Community & Vendor Relations: Build strong relationships with local vendors, suppliers, and community partners to support hotel operations and enhance the guest experience.
Compliance & Standards: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements while maintaining luxury service standards.
Requirements: Extensive experience managing smaller, luxury properties with a proven track record of delivering personalised guest service. A deep understanding of fine dining operations, luxury F&B, and rooms division management. Prior experience in Africa or the Indian Ocean region is a must. Strong leadership skills with a hands-on management approach and ability to motivate a diverse team.
