Oversee and manage all F&B operations, ensuring service excellence across multiple outlets, including fine dining, casual dining, and large-scale events.
Develop and implement strategies to maximise revenue and customer satisfaction.
Lead, mentor, and train a diverse team to maintain high standards in all areas.
Manage budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations during major events and conferences.
Requirements:
International F&B experience is essential, with a proven track record in managing large hotel properties.
African experience is highly regarded.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to challenges.
