Restaurant Manager – Leading Hotel, Nigeria
We are seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead one of the restaurant operations of one of the largest hotels in Nigeria, featuring 7 Food & Beverage outlets. This role requires a strong leader with exceptional organisational skills to maintain high service standards across multiple outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a luxury hotel or high-end dining environment
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent knowledge of F&B management and service operations
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Culturally adaptable with experience managing multicultural teams
Package:
Salary: US$30,000 - US$36,000

- Implement health, safety, and sanitation standards
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a luxury hotel or high-end dining environment

Package:
