This role requires a strong leader with exceptional organisational skills to maintain high service standards across multiple outlets. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
Ensure consistent quality of service and guest satisfaction
Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of F&B professionals
Collaborate with the F&B team on service improvements and menu development
Manage budgets, inventory, and cost control for the outlet
Implement health, safety, and sanitation standards
