Lodge & Restaurant Manager - Vivo (Limpopo)
Game Farm close to Vivo in Limpopo is looking for a Lodge & Restaurant Manager. The candidate will be involved in the full running of the Lodge, Restaurant & onsite retail shop.
- Overseeing the 80 seater Restaurant. The restaurant is well known locally for its burgers and pizzas. The restaurant is also frequently used for various parties, events and functions.
- 10 room lodge each sleeping two guests, 3 self-catering rooms for longer term guests, self-catering Tented camp with 3 individual tents sleeping up to a maximum of 10 guests.
- Onsite shop that sells products produced onsite as well as serving as a selling point for other local industries.
- Computer literate. Have a good knowledge and ability to work with OTAs such as but not limited to Lekkerslaap, Booking.com, PANStrat, INNkeeper or Pastel experience would be ideal.
- Be able to manage their own time.
- Be able to live in a remote area.
- Be in possession of a valid driver's license.
- The successful applicant will be expected to manage all aspects relating to the restaurant, shop and lodges.
