Position Overview:

As an Area Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in directing and managing medium to large-scale project development and execution. You will oversee project phases from inception to completion, ensuring that all initiatives align with our business performance standards and adhere to rigorous Project Management methodologies.

Minimum Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

B Eng (Relevant) (Essential/Minimum)
Certificate Project Management (Essential/Minimum)
Management Development Programme (Essential/Minimum)
Gov Cert of Competence: Engineering (Recommended/Desirable)

EXPERIENCE:
8 years Relevant experience within a heavy industry, mining or production environment and Project Management (Essential/Minimum) Operational
REQUIREMENTS:

Psychometric Assessment (Essential/Minimum)
Certificate of Fitness (Essential/Minimum)
Engineering Council of SA (Pr Eng) (Recommended/Desirable)
Project Management Professional (Recommended/Desirable)

Duties & Responsibilities

To direct and manage medium to large project development and execution plans and risk for duration of project phase whilst ensuring adherence to Project Management and business performance standards.
