Join Our Team as Senior Solution Architect, Enterprise Applications
Purpose of the Role:
Are you a visionary architect with a passion for shaping enterprise solutions that drive business success? We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect to join our dynamic team and lead the design and implementation of innovative solutions across various domains, including Physical Asset Management, weighbridge systems, Manufacturing Execution Systems, Mining, Mineral Resources Management, Automation, and Operational Technology.
In this pivotal role, you will:

• Architect Business Processes: Craft and sustain business process architectures that ensure alignment between solutions and business needs.
• Innovate & Plan: Explore emerging trends and develop a strategic solution lifecycle plan to keep our technology ahead of the curve.
• Transform Requirements: Convert complex requirements into robust architectural designs tailored to our diverse operational technology needs.
• Guide & Facilitate: Act as a solution expert, offering guidance and facilitating decision-making throughout the design and delivery phases.
• Lead Projects: Engage in all project life cycle stages, from initial kick-off and requirements analysis to design and implementation, ensuring successful delivery and integration.

Minimum Requirements

EXPERIENCE:

8 years Experience and knowledge of Information and Communication Technology technologies. Experience in optimisation of business processes in mining environment with use of technology. Information Technology solution design and delivery, preferably in a diverse set of roles (e.g. programmer, business analyst, architect, project manager) (Essential/Minimum) Operational

Duties & Responsibilities

Ideal Candidate Profile (Includes but not limited to):

• To provide and maintain business process architecture to align solution with business processes.
• To investigate solution trends and develop and maintain a solution lifecycle plan.
• To take responsibility for the conversion of requirements into architecture designs for either of the following; Physical Asset Management, weighbridge, Manufacturing Execution System/Plant, Mining, Mineral Resources Management, Automation and other Operational Technology solutions.
• To act as a solution expert to provide guidance and facilitate decision- making on changes throughout the design and delivery process.
• To participate in project life cycles from initial kick-off through requirements analysis design and implementation phases.
