To perform accounting and administrative functions regarding employee claims and credit cards, Scheme Vehicles, telecommunication of the Group and general enquiries. To assist the Finance Team with Financial Accounting tasks.

To perform accounting and administrative functions regarding employee claims and credit cards, Scheme Vehicles, telecommunication of the Group and general enquiries. To assist the Finance Team with Financial Accounting tasks.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric with accounting
- BCom, post graduate advantageous
- 3 years’ related experience
- Building a successful team
- Communication
- Initiating Action
- Managing work (including time management)
- Quality orientation
- Strategic decision making
- Stress tolerant
- Contributing towards team success
- Technical and professional knowledge and skills
- Send credit card statements to secretaries.
- Receive all invoices as on statement.
- Expense all amounts to correct accounts.
- Responsible for the IT Department and Junior Clerk.
- New sim cards and sim swaps.
- Expense Vodacom account monthly.
- Expense Telkom account monthly.
- Receive claims from agents and employees.
- Expense claims through BKB Interactive.
- AP payment runs.
- Cash advances for agents and employees.
- Invoice private kilometres to P601.
- Scheme vehicle contract – Ensure that all contracts are updated regularly.
- Creating contracts for new scheme vehicles.
- Posting of journals.
