Job Title: HR Specialist Location: Dammam, KSA Company: Project pioneer contracting company (PPCO) Nationality: Saudi National Only Department: Human Resources Reports To: HR Manager Job Summary: The HR Specialist plays a key role in managing various HR functions, including employee leave management, final exit, travel arrangements flights bookings, benefits administration, and compliance. This position ensures that employees are supported in their HR needs while maintaining organizational policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities:
Leave Management:
Administer the annual leave and vacation policies, ensuring accurate tracking of employee leave balances.
Process leave requests, including annual leave, sick leave, and unpaid leave, in accordance with company policies.
Maintain records and provide reports on leave usage and trends.
Final Exit Procedures:
Manage the final exit process for departing employees, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and improve employee retention strategies.
Ensure all final paperwork is completed, including the calculation of any remaining leave balances and final settlements.
Air Ticket Management:
Coordinate air ticket arrangements for employees traveling for business or on final exit.
Ensure compliance with company travel policies and manage related expenses.
Maintain relationships with travel agencies to secure favorable rates and services.
Employee Benefits Administration:
Assist employees in understanding their benefits, including vacation entitlements and leave options.
Provide support in enrolling employees in benefits programs and resolving any related issues.
Compliance and Record Keeping:
Ensure all employee records related to leave, final exits, and benefits are maintained accurately and confidentially.
Stay updated on labor laws and best practices regarding employee leave and termination processes.
Communication and Support:
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding leave, vacation, and other HR-related concerns.
Develop and deliver training materials or sessions to educate employees about leave policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
years of experience in HR, particularly in leave management and employee relations.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
HR certification is a plus.
Experience with contracting company is a plus.
