JASARA PMC is looking for an experienced IT Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our IT infrastructure while ensuring optimal operations across all departments. You will serve as a key player in managing IT support services, diagnosing hardware and software issues, and providing technical guidance to our team members. Responsibilities
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and networking problems.
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance and security.
Implement and manage IT security measures to protect sensitive data.
Develop and maintain IT documentation, including user manuals and operational procedures.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and provide recommendations for improvements in IT processes and systems.
Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide tailored solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in an IT support role.
Strong knowledge of operating systems, hardware, and software applications.
Understanding of networking concepts and security protocols.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience with IT asset management systems is a plus.
