Performance & Reporting Analyst
JASARA PMC is looking for a detail-oriented Performance & Reporting Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing project performance metrics and creating comprehensive reports to provide insights into operational efficiency and effectiveness. Your role will be vital in driving data-informed decision-making processes and enhancing project delivery within the organization.
As a Performance & Reporting Analyst, you will work closely with various project teams to gather data, monitor performance indicators, and generate reports that highlight trends and areas for improvement. Responsibilities
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, variances, and anomalies.
- Create and present regular reports and dashboards for various stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
- Support the development and implementation of performance metrics and KPIs.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in reporting and performance processes.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in performance analysis and reporting.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in performance analysis or reporting roles.
- Strong proficiency in reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Solid understanding of performance metrics, KPIs, and analysis techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
