In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the company’s contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with legal standards, and maintaining strong communication with all stakeholders involved. Your expertise will help streamline contract processes and mitigate risks associated with contractual agreements. Your primary duties will include drafting and analyzing contracts, negotiating terms with vendors and clients, and resolving any contract discrepancies or disputes. You will collaborate closely with legal and finance teams to ensure that all contractual obligations are met effectively and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a solid understanding of contract law and construction industry practices. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in contract administration or a similar role.
Comprehensive knowledge of contract law and procurement processes.
Excellent negotiation, writing, and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in contract management software.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Prior experience in the construction or project management sector is highly desirable.
