HR Operation
Master-Works is looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Operations Specialist to join our growing Human Resources team. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for overseeing HR operational processes, enhancing employee experience, and ensuring the smooth execution of HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for improving HR efficiency.

- Manage HR operations, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee record management.
- Coordinate and streamline HR processes for onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and transfers.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment on HR-related initiatives and policies.
- Monitor HR metrics and provide regular reports to senior management on operational effectiveness.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Address employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
- Support talent management processes, including performance management, training, and development.
- Stay updated on labor legislation and HR trends to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.
