Master-Works is seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic Human Resources team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting HR functions and ensuring smooth administrative operations within the department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude.
Responsibilities:
Support the HR team with administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews, maintaining employee records, and processing documents
Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, reviewing applications, and communicating with candidates
Prepare onboarding materials and assist in the orientation process for new hires
Manage HR databases and ensure all employee information is accurate and up-to-date
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
Help organize employee training and development programs
Assist with performance management processes, including tracking evaluations and feedback
Support HR initiatives by preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Previous experience in an administrative support role, preferably within an HR department
Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
