Master-Works, a premier technology consultancy, is looking for a dedicated and skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time and within budget while aligning with client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the complete project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
Work closely with stakeholders to define project goals, establish timelines, and allocate resources effectively.
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that arise.
Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure all project components are coordinated and integrated.
Conduct regular project meetings to provide updates, gather feedback, and maintain alignment with team members and stakeholders.
Ensure that project documentation is maintained, including scope statements, project plans, risk assessments, and status reports.
Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging professional development and knowledge sharing.
Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate project outcomes and identify lessons learned for future projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively, meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
Fluency in both written and spoken English.
