Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define project goals, establish timelines, and allocate resources effectively.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that arise.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure all project components are coordinated and integrated.
- Conduct regular project meetings to provide updates, gather feedback, and maintain alignment with team members and stakeholders.
- Ensure that project documentation is maintained, including scope statements, project plans, risk assessments, and status reports.
- Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging professional development and knowledge sharing.
- Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate project outcomes and identify lessons learned for future projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively, meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
