Informatica DPM Developer

Objectives of this Role:
- Design and deploy Informatica DPM solution tailored to client-specific requirements, ensuring compliance with local and global data privacy regulations.
- Work closely with stakeholders, including data architects, engineers, and privacy officers, to integrate DPM solutions seamlessly into existing systems.
- Strengthen data protection practices by identifying and mitigating privacy risks through effective DPM implementation.
- Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for DPM solutions, ensuring reliability and high performance.
Responsibilities:
- Customize and configure Informatica DPM tool to align with business and regulatory requirements.
- Perform data discovery and classification using Informatica DPM to identify sensitive information and assess risk levels.
- Integrate DPM with other enterprise systems and databases to create a cohesive data privacy management environment.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of DPM configuration, workflows, and best practices.
- Train end-users and internal teams on the effective use of Informatica DPM, promoting a culture of data privacy within the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience with 2+ years as Informatica DPM Developer -or in a similar role- with technical proficiency in data discovery, classification, and risk management.
- Strong understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, PDPL) and their application within DPM solutions.
- In-Depth Knowledge of data management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented and highly organized approach.
- Collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Certifications in data protection and privacy, such as CIPP or CIPM, are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with other Informatica tools, such as: Axon, EDC, IDQ is a plus.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English is preferred.
