As a Contract Administrator Officer at Rentokil Initial, you will be a key player in ensuring the smooth management and processing of contracts within our operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Reviewing and validating contracts and documentation on a daily basis..
Coordinating management approvals for any premises additions or price increases.
Conducting daily reconciliation between the contract management system (i Cabs) and company dashboards.
Assisting the finance team with monthly management accounts by generating closing reports.
Collaborating with service teams on job/product statuses and supporting sales and credit control teams as necessary.
Depositing cash collections daily and ensuring all invoices are processed accurately.
Facilitating approval processes for credit notes and supporting the accounts receivable team.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have:
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Has to be a Saudi candidate
0-2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in contract administration.
Fluency in both English and Arabic, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A strong understanding of reporting and monitoring with great attention to detail.
Exceptional decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
