Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of service technicians,
- Ensure the delivery of excellent service to clients,
- Provide training and support to team members,
- Monitor and evaluate team performance,
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency,
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and address any issues or concerns,
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,
- Conduct regular meetings and communicate effectively with team members,
- Manage resources and allocate tasks effectively,
- Participate in recruitment and selection processes as needed.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a team leadership role,
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities,
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members,
- Good organizational and time management skills,
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices,
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment,
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation,
- Ability to pass background checks as required by company policy.
