They work closely with department heads, trainers, and vendors to ensure the successful delivery of training initiatives that align with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities:
Training Program Design: Develop, design, and implement training programs that address company needs and align with business goals.
Training Coordination: Schedule and manage training sessions (in-house and external), including logistics such as venues, trainers, materials, and communication with attendees.
Budget Management: Manage the training budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource utilization.
Trainer Liaison: Coordinate with internal and external trainers or training vendors to deliver programs, negotiate contracts, and evaluate their effectiveness.
Learning Platforms: Oversee the administration of e-learning platforms, manage content updates, and ensure employees are enrolled in required courses.
Training Needs Assessment: Work with department leaders to assess skills gaps and identify areas that need improvement.
Record Keeping & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of training activities, employee participation, and completion rates. Generate reports and analyze data on training effectiveness.
Employee Engagement: Communicate upcoming training opportunities to employees and encourage participation.
Compliance: Ensure training programs meet regulatory or certification requirements.
Experience: Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience on HR training coordinator.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field.
Experience in Learning & Development, HR, or organizational development roles.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other HR software.
Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
