HR Training Manager
Job Overview: The HR Training Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and overseeing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees across the organization. The role involves assessing organizational training needs, creating learning and development programs, managing the training budget, and ensuring the overall professional growth of employees. The HR Training Manager will collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to design training initiatives that align with business objectives and drive employee performance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Program Development:
  • Design, implement, and manage comprehensive training programs that meet the needs of the organization.
  • Conduct assessments to identify skill gaps and develop tailored training solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and introduce innovative learning techniques.
  • Needs Assessment:
  • Collaborate with department heads and team leaders to determine training requirements based on organizational objectives.
  • Conduct employee assessments to identify individual and group training needs.
  • Program Delivery:
  • Organize and facilitate training workshops, seminars, and e-learning initiatives.
  • Coordinate with external training vendors and consultants when necessary.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of training content, both in-person and online.
  • Learning & Development Strategy:
  • Develop and maintain an annual training and development plan aligned with business goals.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Budget Management:
  • Manage the training budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and a high return on investment (ROI).
  • Report on the financial and qualitative success of training initiatives.
  • Performance Monitoring:
  • Measure the impact of training on employee performance and productivity.
  • Provide regular feedback to management on the progress of employees and training outcomes.
  • Compliance and Record-Keeping:
  • Ensure that all training programs comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain detailed records of employee participation and completion of training.
  • Leadership Development:
  • Develop leadership and management training programs for existing and emerging leaders within the organization.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications (SHRM, ATD) is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 to10 years in HR, with a focus on training and development. Prior experience in designing and delivering training programs is essential.
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficient in e-learning platforms, training software, and content management systems.
  • Ability to assess training needs and measure program effectiveness.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and best practices in training.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Leadership, collaboration, and the ability to influence others.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ﷼8,000.00 - ﷼10,000.00 per month
Experience:
