Key Responsibilities:
Training Program Development:
Design, implement, and manage comprehensive training programs that meet the needs of the organization.
Conduct assessments to identify skill gaps and develop tailored training solutions.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and introduce innovative learning techniques.
Needs Assessment:
Collaborate with department heads and team leaders to determine training requirements based on organizational objectives.
Conduct employee assessments to identify individual and group training needs.
Program Delivery:
Organize and facilitate training workshops, seminars, and e-learning initiatives.
Coordinate with external training vendors and consultants when necessary.
Ensure the successful delivery of training content, both in-person and online.
Learning & Development Strategy:
Develop and maintain an annual training and development plan aligned with business goals.
Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve the effectiveness of training programs.
Budget Management:
Manage the training budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and a high return on investment (ROI).

Required Skills & Qualifications:
