At Six Flags Qiddiya, The Associate – Operational Training & Development is responsible to enhance the skills and knowledge of the employees, ensuring their continuous growth and development. In addition, design, implement, and evaluate training programs, as well as provide support to various departments in achieving their training objectives.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field
Experience
0-3 years of experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs in a corporate or organizational setting.
Skills
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
Proficiency in using multimedia tools and software for creating training materials
(e.g., Power Point, video editing software).
Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and best practices in training and development.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
