Responsibilities:
Category Support:
- Act as an interface between GCCF Finance, planning team & regional GP Category Lead.
- Support category lead and resolves material supply, invoice, and quality issues.
- Be a key interface between SC Planning team and Category lead; ensure correct ordering & compliance to commercial terms. Assist category leader on new launch of pack materials; in terms of vendor qualification, supplier registration, and issuing/expediting orders and then handover to SC for regular supply management.
- Assist other category leads on supplier registrations processes through communication with vendors, collecting necessary documents, and raising creation tickets.
- Research and anticipate shifts in the negotiating power of suppliers.
- Prepare material forecast on monthly/quarterly basis to be shared with suppliers according to the business allocation.
- Support Category lead and collect price quotations from suppliers, review, and share with category lead.
Financial Support:
- Completion of quarterly & annual CT (Commodity templates), working closely with ME SC Finance planning team.
- Procurement Associate Manager supports creation of monthly GP scorecard, ensure adherence to KPI’s & highlight any deviations.
- Extend support in preparing GCCF GP AOP & SBP. Partner with ME SC Finance planning team & Productivity Lead to ensure correct numbers in sector template/Power Steering.
- Track and update productivity realizations on Sector Template/Power Steering for packaging, while consolidating the GP productivity scorecard and being the SPOC of the ME BU GP.
- Analyze & calculate costs of procurement and optimize sourcing process to deliver year over year productivity targets.
- Lead productivity projects and cooperate with stakeholders to guarantee projects delivery, support required, agreement on terms and processes.
Capability & Compliance:
- Generate GCCF performance reports e.g. vendor performance reports, spend reports, Sedex & BCP compliance reports, vendor business allocation reports etc.
- Generate and monitor actual allocation vs approved allocation on monthly basis.
- Partner with MEA Capability lead to Prepare & analyze data on GP scorecard, P2P Process workflows & SOA. Engage with local stakeholders & ensure implementation.
- Support in contracts and agreements for suppliers, secure internal approvals, share with suppliers, collect signed copies from both parties and raise to SCMS and Selectica.
- Keep track of contracts expirations and ensure renewal on time.
- Partner with MEA GP category lead & prepare contract log for GCCF contracts. Log should be up-to-date at all times. This is applicable to offline tracking file or in Selectica tool.
- Assist in conducting GP P2P internal control assessments & audits. Support the execution of corrective action plans if any.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree with accounting and analytical experience.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in financial reporting and procurement performance management systems in globally operating companies.
- Procurement experience in regional set up is a must.
- Ability to communicate effectively and develop business partnerships with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- Comprehensive experience with data analysis using tools like Excel, Access & SAP.
