Minimum of three years of experience in marketing or communication roles, preferably within a multinational organization.

Versatility across diverse communication platforms, including newsletters, visual media, and branding initiatives.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills, focused on driving results.
Willingness to travel occasionally, as required by the role.

Establish and execute comprehensive communication strategies that enhance the company’s reputation and reinforce ︁︀︂︃︃︉︉︁︂︈its employer brand.
Oversee internal and external communication efforts, including employer branding initiatives.
Lead improvements to the career page, creating engaging and attractive content while ensuring alignment with corporate branding initiatives.
Manage internal communication channels, ensuring consistent, clear, and engaging messaging across the organization.
Create compelling digital content for platforms such as social media, career websites, and recruitment marketing campaigns.
Plan and deliver employer branding initiatives, including employee stories, videos, and other media.
Analyze and measure the effectiveness of employer branding campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
