Within the Communication Department, the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Asia), the Marketing Communication Specialist prepares and manages the communication campaigns for our main markets. You supervise the digital tools management and content creation on websites, creates emails, ads, social media posts, articles and support the organization of tradefairs and events across the region. You will also act as an internal agency member under the supervision of the Group Head of communication and you will collaborate with different teams internally (Marketing, Sales, IT, Customer Service, HR, etc). Your Tasks & Responsibilities
You copywrite & create content on marketing topics (products & applications, services…)
You publish & update content on multilingual websites & social media (Linked In, Instagram, Meta, You Tube)
You create E-mail marketing with internal & external campaigns
You lead follow up with Salesforce (CRM)
You monitor the e-reputation & other digital KPI’s
You organize trade fairs and events
You take care about sales presentation and commercial offers design
You create promotional and POS tools creation.
Your Profile Basic requirements:
Bachelor’s or master's degree in communications, Marketing or related discipline preferred
You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position. You are able to create a marketing communication strategy and to manage the implemented campaign
You are open to come to Brasov's office at least 2x/week.
Needed knowledge:
Social media, Digital Marketing and e-marketing campaigns have no secret for you
Copywriting and content creation
Excellent working knowledge of HTML and digital tools like Sales Force, Hootsuite & Drupal CMS
Good working knowledge of Power Point, Adobe In Design, Photoshop & Illustrator.
Needed skills:
You have strong analytical skills and like to play with data
Very hands on – operational (“I can do it” attitude)
Ability to work effectively in an international team.
Very good English, both orally and in writing
You are not afraid of multitasking and are solutions-oriented
Ability to work under pressure and towards tight deadlines.
